BJ’s Environmental Control Specialists, Inc.- Houston Air Conditioning, is family owned and operated by Bill and Cindy Pace and their son. The business was established in March 1980 and incorporated in the State of Texas in May 1985. We are a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). From our corporate offices located in Fresno, Texas we service Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston and Montgomery counties. We dispatch our service trucks via cell phone and offer 24 hour emergency service, and there is never an extra charge for overtime. Our technicians are factory certified and have expertise in air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and ventilation with specialization in commercial and residential design, sales, installation and service. We service all brands of HVAC equipment.
Each of our service technicians regularly attends classes sponsored by Houston American Standard Air Conditioning and other manufacturers in order to ensure that they are kept up to date with the latest in HVAC technology. Each of our technicians are E.P.A., R.S.E.S & NATE Certified. Handling the recycling of refrigerants in a safe and environmentally friendly fashion.
