BJ’s Environmental Control Specialists, Inc. is family owned and operated by Bill and Cindy Pace and their son. The business was established in March 1980 and incorporated in the State of Texas in May 1985. We are a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). From our corporate offices located in Fresno, Texas we service Houston, Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston and Montgomery counties. We dispatch our service trucks via cell phone and offer 24 hour emergency service, and there is never an extra charge for overtime.
